• Additional delivery fees may apply based on your location
• Payment is cash on delivery unless otherwise stated

4. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your order before the restaurant confirms it. After confirmation, cancellations are subject to the restaurant's policy. Please contact us via WhatsApp for any order issues.

5. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate delivery information including address and phone number
• Be available at the delivery address to receive the order
• Not misuse the service or place fraudulent orders

6. Limitation of Liability

Jebbli is not responsible for the quality of food provided by restaurants or delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. We strive to provide the best possible service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
